Shipping
Once your order is placed, your order will be shipped in 3-5 business days. Purchases are shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) for domestic shipping and costs is automatically calculated through USPS. If you are experiencing a shopping emergency and need an order faster, please contact me and I will try my best to work with you on the turnaround time.
*International Shipping - Orders are shipped USPS First Class International (21 + business days) so cut down on international shipping costs. I am not accountable for any duty or customs charges that may occur during international shipment. Please keep this in mind when ordering and be aware of your country's postal policies. I can't be held responsible for any items that are lost of stolen during transit. You may contact me if you're interested in adding insurance to your package.
Returns, Exchanges, Damaged Items
I package every order very carefully, but as these objects are made of fragile glass, damage may occur en route. If you receive an order that is damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with a description/photos of any damages. I will make sure your item is replaced as soon as possible.
I do not allow returns or exchanges on pieces unless the item was damaged en route.
